Skoolie Homestead Community Jesup, Georgia

The original Skoolie Homestead Community lies in the heart of South Georgia. Brett and Renee Niehaus have created a very unique, warm, and inviting community for all of those who want or need a place to build their skoolie conversion.

They offer free overnight stays for up to 3 nights for those who are just passing through or who want to stop in and visit for a spell. Be sure to call ahead of time to ensure they have space for your rig.

Shore power hook-ups, fresh well water hook-ups, and internet wi-fi are all available for their guests.

This is a great Homestead of over 3 acres to complete your DIY conversion. If you need some help with your build, Brett is available for hire on partial builds, projects and consultations as well.

His craftsmanship is excellent, and he stays booked, so you will want to contact him ahead of time.

A community Lodge is available with two showers and two bathrooms, laundry, cable television, a full-size kitchen, and a community room that can accommodate gatherings and special occasions.
